Friedel Martiny has a long career as Head of Human Resources and Managing Director Human Resources in the automotive supply industry. He is experienced in complex international corporate structures as well as in family-run medium-sized companies and the private equity world.

Marina Kosmidou-Delev's professional and personal background has always been characterised by multi-, inter- and transcultural aspects. After her apprenticeship as a travel agent, she completed a degree in geography and sociology and then enjoyed combining her skills in adult education. As a seminar leader and trainer, she has extensive experience in the areas of cultural sensibilisation, corporate communication and communication skills.
