Because experience alone is not enough to be able to act in an interculturally competent manner, targeted education and training in the form of cultural awareness training/coaching is required. Our coaches and trainers are not experts on all cultures in the world, nor do they help you to avoid putting your foot in it at all costs. But they do teach you how to put your foot in it with ‘cultural sensitivity’.

If you cooperate mainly with people from one or two countries, we can also work on a culture-specific basis using selected case studies. For contrastive presentation, two country focuses can be selected for in-house training (e.g. the country of a company branch or the culture of origin of a large customer group). Examples and prepared analyses are then used for in-depth discussion of cultural specifics with which participants are particularly often confronted.
